Major issue it that VZ in not a leader and no ingenuity or game plan. They rely on Wireless for bulk of revenue and think 5g and AI arw going to push us over the top and going to save the company. Really need some new inovation and some leaders working to something else. Dan and his customer first is a a joke as most People I speak with hate to place calls for anything due to India etc and limited English speaking people and of not help.

i don't undertand what purpose it serves for the company to move wireless folks to core or business. but they are doing that, so ...why ?

51 switch positions in the Northeast are being forced into the Union. They are most likely going to try for more

They are hiring techs in NJ/NY. And will be wiring more COs for Fios.
To offer a big package to Union employees across the board. Get rid of the fat.
Maybe big raise or lower health care costs or pensions for post 2008 employees.
