So organize. If they try to stop you, you can sue as well I believe, as that is a right to try and form a union.
@d2 bish and also get ready for the next thing... nothing will change either way. Don't bish and plan to stay.
@d3 It is not hard to recruit replacements now bubble boi
I am beginning to think Fiserv is collapsing because it does have a significant number of absolutely d-mb immature people. A targeted layoff might in fact be a good thing to weed out some of them
@d2 When enough people leave and they see how difficult it is to recruit their replacements because of the company's I'll repute-- like the company already is-- they'll change. It seems to me that ML is already starting to correct course. I'm personally giving him time, as I love my job and team. Just needed the mandatory in office of 9 hours gone. Jeezus. Fr@nk truly was a POS. SMDH.
I'm going to tell you, OP, what I tell people who constantly complain about their bad relationships but do nothing about it. Bish, leave. If you're not going to leave, then S-T-F-U and bend over.
@be people like OP already don't work go ahead and strike
ridiculous posts like this literally damage the folks at risk. clown.

Find a new job or shut up and get back to work FiServant...if you haven't been paying attention, this company ain't gonna do anything for you.
