What would the shareholders possibly vote on related to 2025 comp?
@d2 a proxy statement makes me believe that a shareholder vote will occur on the topic thus year. But dot sorry it won’t include an option for officers to return pervious payouts for Ethel failed state the company is in or take a $1 salary until the ship is turned around.
Officers only paid themselves what they did because do all us making it possible.
Can anyone decipher this from 10k? I guess we couldn't fit headwinds in here:
