Does anyone know where to view your positions pay range ? I have asked manager and hr and will can’t get an answer

@df And in the same location/COL area. If you look up your title for a job posted in CA and you're in TX, you might not have the same range.
We had positions posted in our department and were told they had the wrong range posted. They were a lot higher than what current employees are making
@d2 all P2s, P3s, etc aren't the same. You need to look up the exact job title.
In the past, I would say to look for a comparable job in Workday, but you can see two (for example) P2 positions with have totally different pay ranges on the high and low end). At this point, I believe they are just moving the goal posts to make it convenient for what they are willing to pay (or not pay).
Yeah, I am sure I’m being underpaid. I apply for another position that wasn’t a lower p3 vs 4. And the minimum of that job was more than my current position.
Only in job postings and that's just the base range. Managers can see the TVC range if you want to ask.
I did notice that they raised quite a few of the minimums but not sure how that impacts existing people below the updated range.
Look for a similar position in Workday. You wont see the variance but you can see the range for similar positions. They have gotten more and more vague because when they change the range you find out you are below and they don’t want that. so it is as opaque as possible

They intentionally obfuscated this a couple years ago in order to help them compress compensation lower.
Try searching “job families”on Workday. Used to be able to get to it that way.
Your manager may not realize it but if you live in a jurisdiction that requires pay transparency, they're legally required to tell you your pay range upon request. Copilot should be able to tell you if your jurisdiction requires this. Examples (you'd want to verify this): CA, CO, CT, MD. Some state laws focus more on job postings versus current employees. But yeah, might still be easier to do as @a2 suggested. Even if you're paid much less than ranges posted for openings under your same job title, that doesn't mean that isn't your range (you might just be getting underpaid, which is especially likely if you've been at WF a long time).
I'm paid much less than jobs of the same title, so I'm not sure that works. I have never been able to get a straight answer and it pi---s me off

Fairly certain they fully eliminated the pay ranges by position and location info that used to be on the HR site.
Can't find it either, best way to find out is to check job opening with same title in workday.
