Say it loud, say it proud! According to Forbes 2026 company culture rankings AT&T is ranked 499 out 600 and second-to-last in the telecom segment.
Have to hand it to Stank. His great culture initiative has us firmly one spot out of the bottom 20% so there’s that.
@d1 i did notice both Verizon and TMobile were ahead of T in the rankings. VZ was 35th on the list.
I find it hard to believe that there’s 101 companies worse than us.
Wasnt being in the top 100 of that list the CEOs initiative last year.
I cant wait to see how they spin this one. Itll be the the employees fault for not changing to fit the culture put in place.
But wait. There's a PowerPoint with pillars that managers are forced to share. You mean dictating the culture isn't working?
I like how they use the founding date for the original AT&T. LOL.
We work for SBC, who tried to by a vowel for name recognition. SBC then trashed the name and drove out all value.
Funny how this ranking will never make it to the front page of Insider. But then there is the new building. Now that’s front page news.
