Anyone else get this? Review was good. I usually get the standard 2% ish. This year, "overridden" by upper management (whomever that is), down to zero percent. No PIP or anything. Just no raise.

@d1 God I hope not. I've been a very solid performer here over the years in kind of a niche position where not too many of us know this piece of the business.
@bz If that's the case, then I'm not at the max yet. That would take a few more years decent raises (which they usually aren't).
@by Making more than my peers is plausible.
@a5 Mid 50's and yes I am.
You are going to be PIP’d before mid year.
This is typical of painting you as a b-m.
Make preparations now for being laid off with nothing.
You could possibly be in the next round of layoffs.
Max salary for intermediate is $59,200, AS1 or associate $77,200, AS2 or associate 2 $95,000, SNA or Senior Associate $120,000.
You maybe already maxing out your range or significantly higher than your peers?
you prob did something to pi-s off your boss after your year end convo
@OP i saw my teams get wiped out by someone else too that wasnt my mgr. i’d love to hear their reasoning behind it too cause i allotted them something
That’s strange. When we were able to put in merits the grid was already pre populated it went from 1.0 to 2.5, we couldn’t go lower or higher from the minimum or maximum. If upper management change it, they removed your merit amount and gave it to someone else.
How old are you? How many years of service?
Are you on any critical projects?
