Colleague Engagement Survey

I assume we’ve done away with this survey for obvious reasons. Anyone have any info on if they will ever hear our complaints again?

@1p1 Yeah, if I start losing in a video game against my kids I take a similar approach. I unplug the gaming system before they can declare victory, send them to bed early, then ban them from playing for a month. It makes me feel powerful, useful, and super clever.

@1ew Nope. They only show the good numbers, pretend to care about the numbers that tanked, but really those low scores cause them to lash out maliciously. They double down on their stupidity and failures because they are narcisists with psychotic behavior patterns. Absolute garbage humans on multiple levels.

Kj’s area always pretend to care and then bury the results. The responsible GPs that create terrible work conditions are never held accountable.

If you mean the feedback I have seen it before and it’s terrible lol FAs/CSTs complaining about all kinds of stuff and then HO is just as bad. All they do is cherry pick feedback that works for them. Just like any town hall BS meeting. It’s all cherry picked cr-p that’s then answered by some PR BS.

@d0 Great. That means something absolutely horrible will be announced right afterwards. They like to drop bombs on us right after labor day. "4 days a week RTO is going great, so let's make it 5 days now with a new dress code and everyone has to work 8-430, for collaboration and muh culture."

Ha! They will only bring back surveys once they know they are not anonymous. These clowns only published 1/2 the results last time because we raked them over the coals so bad, and that was before the simpleton PP reimagined last august. I've never seen a place with such a hostile destructive takeover like the one that has unfolded in the last 3 yrs. They will write stories about us for college kids to look at 20 yrs from about what NOT to do to a company if you want to keep it alive.
