Lumen 2026 STI/Bonus Expectations?

What would be the Lumen 2026 STI/Bonus Expectations? Do they give STI/Bonus this year? If so what would be the expected percentage?

Do you have to get a high rating to get a raise?

@e2 the folks going to ATT were told they'd receive their bonus, and our evaluations were done early. But you're right - Lumen doesn't like to hand out money to employees who are staying, much less those who are leaving. Remember the penalties for getting the "meets expectations" ratings?

@t6
That's not bad...wonder WHAT it takes to get to 120%? That is what the SLT's was funded at and has been for the last 4 years. Might just be an epiphany of realizing why there are so many "exucutive" layers and titles now 🤔

@OPYou must be a new employee. What was your evaluation rating?

They are in a bind. I doubt they want to pay a bonus to someone who is going to leave soon for ATT/NetworkCo.

Severance pay with a bonus would be nice.

It's hard for me to ever expect them to fully fund the STI, but Lumen beat or met expectations in 3 of 4 quarters for 2025, with Q4 earnings coming out on February 3. I'd guess they'll fund at least 60% of STI

@d0 This is not a union-only site. All non-union employees are eligible for STI.

And that's for managers not union.

No one cares, this is a layoff site.
