Any word on when merit raises and when they will be approved? By this time last year they had been approved. Something going on?

No, I’m not happy about missing a month of my raise. While not certain, I expect that it will not be retroactive. I was simply commenting that they finally communicated about it.
So are you happy with missing a month of your raise?
From that email there is no mention of it being retroactive back to July 1st.
At least a few days ago they finally sent an email out about this.
And so they just say nothing. Stay silent. No communication to employees.
It’s obvious that the employees are not valued by the leaders.
We are just a number.
What a piece of sh-t company.
It's a mystery.... managers are wondering what is going on as well. Of course, with no communication, people imagine the worst. Gainwell is so disappointing...
They must have wasted too much money on sponsoring the Digital Health Summit in the Virgin Islands a couple of weeks ago.
Obviously their public image is far more important than taking care of their employees.
By this time last year all the one on ones were pretty much done and raises communicated. This year my people manager hasn’t even scheduled a one on one yet. And this was after they made us fill out our review that took 3 hours to complete. Stupid company.
Yeah there is going to be Lay Offs no No more raises coming until staff has been chopped. And after the chop talks on how to improve & that is why you didn't receive a raise.
