Ruckus has been cutting people left and right for poor performance. It’s time to put our money where our mouth is. There shouldn’t be another layoff for a bad quarter because we had an id--t driving sales.

Playing devil’s advocate here. Wouldn’t it be in Chuck’s best interest to convince all of his employees that we are not for sale? His last job is to sell Arris & Ruckus off to a buyer in its “best” state. strong EBITDA standings and stable revenue.

A transaction with a buyer can crumble if a company can no longer maintain its revenue due to the loss of too many employees. If I were Chuck, I’d try to hold the company together as much as I could so I could collect my golden parachute (my millions $$$).

And what do we all get? MAYBE we still have a job and MAYBE a 3 month severance at best.

Can’t wait to hear more about EBIDTA.

Chuck wants you to eat EBIDTA for breakfast lunch and dinner.

Make sure you include the word EBIDTA in all your emails to customers because our CEO’s passion for EBIDTA must flow to our customers.

We live and breathe EBIDTA.

Cheer with me!

E !!! BID!!! TA!!!!

No one knows. We will find out soon. Not something to be excited about because this results to more layoffs.
