@ke Tech & Ops were included in the last round. B2's (all) and B3 People Leaders were excluded.

VRP will likely be offered throughout the year as more people become eligible. Doubtful that it will be a large number of offers unless it’s later in the year.

@ke yes they have. Only B3 plus are eligible.

@dt Ops & Tech have not been offered VRP. This includes claim processors and customer service.

I got out. The pay increase was insulting and I've lived through perennial layoffs at another company--harder and more work for less pay--no thanks. I see no signs this is a company on the right track or organizationally healthy. It's big so it will be a slow, lumbering decline.

@cz no they have designated periods throughout the year the can JE folks. In terms of mass layoffs I’d expect the fall.
