Best places to seek employment

Im way out of my comfort zone since ive been at this sh-t hole too long. Anyone have suggestions on decent places to consider? Ive heard going through some sites like linkedin arent really reliable

My network has found LinkedIn to be one of the more reliable sources for real jobs. Stay away from recruiting companies you have never heard of posting jobs for their clients on LinkedIn.

Work your network and ask for referrals to openings before you post. Expect lots of silence and dead ends. Remember, these people don't know you and rejections or lack of response is not personal.

Insurance companies might be a bit more lenient about in-office requirements. Hearing good things about healthcare in general.

You need to roll up your sleeves and research all companies near you within a 50 mile radius and apply directly.
Linkedin is nothing but a social media circlej--kwhere people boast and brag and make up stories 24x7. It is white noise for companies looking to hire serious candidates
