@am this is the struggle of trying to turn something that should've been a utility all along into a consumer tech product. Realistically T-Mo, Verizon, etc. have more in common with your electric utility than Apple.

There is no growth in telecom. Customers are saturated just like mobile devices are. Everyone who wants one (phone, service, etc), already has one.
