O su-ked my soul dry for over a decade and threw it all out like trash on a 2 minute phone call. Just a number in the long run.

@cw Any awards given in 2025 won’t vest until 2026 so they will be forfeited upon termination.

@cm Employees based in offices subject to WARN get 60 days notification period. Other employees (including flex and remote) only get 20 days. Stock grants vesting before actual termination date are honored All others are cancelled upon termination.
For people in immigration case, how long could you stay in payroll after layoff notice? Also, for people qualified for stock rewards and laid off in September, are they supposed to get the stock rewards for 2025?
@OP It is called AI inefficiency. I believe because some were still in the payrolls for two months and separation date is month of October for those who got impacted in August
