Hey guys .....How does it feel to be loathed by all of Chevron? You guys have absolutely destroyed a historic American Company and turned your backs on the American people by sending jobs to India. You both should be ashamed but don't care since you have no accountability and have sacrificed nothing. Give up some of your box seats or take a pay cut to show at least a tiny bit of compassion. Don't think they have a shred of decency or morals anyway....

Every time I hear McKinsey mentioned, I recall Jeff S ki-ling worked there and then ran Enron (into the ground)...they are not only expensive they are arrogant and dangerous. They pick up their check and Chevron is left to pick up the pieces. I am amazed we have not learned anything from the pas, quite astonishing and incredibly disappointed in leadership.
Be careful who you talk to. I overheard McKinsey people on the elevator . Im confident they are listening to our elevator chat for loyalty

It looks to me that Chevron has gone from growth mode to harvest mode. If you are in harvest mode, might as well hire an accountant as CEO and start cutting expenses as much as possible to extend the profitability of the company. You really don't need high paid staff, you just need to pay someone to be awake at the wheel while you drive the company over a cliff.
This stuff doesn't register on MW's radar screen. He views this as making the tough decisions to save the company long term. This will never reach his desk. After this is over and the dust settles, MW will be rewarded just like the last layoff in 2020. As for MN, I have never figured out what that buffoon does or who sees any sort of leadership material in his actions. He was the axe man during the 2020 transformation. The guy lied through his teeth every time there was a townhall. So, I know it might make you feel better to rant about these two clowns but they're laughing all the way to the bank. The only way you'll be able to confront them is to make it through this fiasco then see them at a townhall to personally complain. If you do that, you'll be shown the door so fast you won't know what happened.
