VZ eliminating RSU’s for post 2012 hires. Increasing their CPS to 2800/yr
Increased one wage increase by 0.25 %
So 2.50 for 27, 28. 29, and 30 now
3 1% pension band increases

BS, the union and the company usually agree to a contract similar to the one ATT got. Probably no CPS increase, a raise of 5% the 1st year and 3% for the 3 year that follows(14% total). A small increase to pension. Everything else stays pretty much the same, except for the medical costs most likely going up too. Im closer to being right than to OP

Raise for 26 in current contract. Maybe get an additional 1% on top of 26 raise.
Medical premiums going up. Depending upon your job title. Don’t expect much of a difference in your take home pay from 26 thru 30
There better be a COLA inrease in there too. Mango Donnie's tantrums may make inflation pop to crazy levels again.
