2026 VZ contract proposals

Company proposal this week-
Massive amount of “work share” between VZT, VZW, and VZB in VZ proposal. Guaranteed majority of work to unions.
VZ eliminating RSU’s for post 2012 hires. Increasing their CPS to 2800/yr
Increased one wage increase by 0.25 %
So 2.50 for 27, 28. 29, and 30 now
3 1% pension band increases

@cv the CPS increase to over 2k won’t be for all. Only for post 10/2012 hires in lieu of RSUs
Pre 10/2012 hires about half that

As of July 25 -
CWA at 3.5, 3.5, 3.25, 3.25 for 27-30. 1% on top of 3% already due on 7/26/2026

BS, the union and the company usually agree to a contract similar to the one ATT got. Probably no CPS increase, a raise of 5% the 1st year and 3% for the 3 year that follows(14% total). A small increase to pension. Everything else stays pretty much the same, except for the medical costs most likely going up too. Im closer to being right than to OP

COLA likely to be included, but with unattainable parameters. So yes. And No
Expect 3% annually from 27-30
Raise for 26 in current contract. Maybe get an additional 1% on top of 26 raise.
Medical premiums going up. Depending upon your job title. Don’t expect much of a difference in your take home pay from 26 thru 30
