@ct Of course, take it with a grain of salt. The blind lead the blind at Nike and even VP roles sometimes don't know about layoffs until they happen.
No one actually knows, everyone is just guessing based on vague emails about "changes" taking place after the next all-team.
It could be everything from a total purge of PHK/WHQ tech in favor of MD's plan to force in inept ITC overlords, to a deep clean of the RAT's leadership layers that mostly won't affect IC's except a department name change.
For whatever it's worth the "further details" in my org are coming in the form of an audience Q&A session. An open format like that is very uncharacteristic of their past layoff waves which were shrouded in mystery and one-way communication.
Either between the all-team and the earnings call or right after earnings.
