After being here almost 20 years looking back I now see that this was their plan all along. To start an official offshore company "LEGATO" now known as "CARELON" get it up and running so that it could eventually take over for a fraction of the operating cost. The RIFs will never stop.

Actually i'm aware of offshoring work back in 2004 when enrollment work was sent to Argentina. Then in 2007 when trainers and auditors were sent to the Philippians for the same enrollment work, that was the start of using Accenture to my knowledge.
It started with Gail, 2017.

The leadership team is not that smart and certainly does not plan for anything beyond the next quarterly reporting cycle.
but this would require sVP to actually work. so I think some of the onshore folks are still safe :)
Yep. I guess onshore will solely consist of SVP and all other jobs offshore.
