I wonder if the WALL CNN built around the building to protect themselves from the peaceful protesters is part of the selling enhancements ? Maybe not because they said walls don’t work for the last four years, I guess they’ll have too pay to get it removed. Hypocrisy at its finest!
No one is moving anything to NYC as it has the highest cost of living. People as well corporations are leaving Manhattan in droves. Real Estate prices in the Tri-state area in upper and upper middle class neighborhoods is exploding while folks continue to move out of Manhattan and surrounding boroughs of NYC into the burbs and Corporations continue to migrate south.

Gee, too bad the Peaceful Protestors in Atlanta did not burn down the CNN building, then T could have collected the insurance $ and been rid of another building not needed.
Based on history they will consolidate buildings and functions. Low performers and overlapping jobs will be eliminated. They will start with about a 25% cut then keep going until only about 25% of the original group is left. They will outsource functions they need or off shore them. You work at ATT even if you're building says Warner. You are not immune. Sorry to be the bad news delivery.
Read this earlier. My guess is they will eventually move this stuff out to California or NYC. Just a guess.
From experience, the building I worked at was sold and leased backed. From the time of sale we had over 700 employees in different divisons. By the end of the 3rd yr of the lease, less than 100 people were left, the others were surplused, forced retired some went to other cities to work (>90 miles away), and some just went home.
By the end of the lease, no one was there and now 3 yrs later, my old building still sits empty downtown in a dying city. All those good paying jobs gone, families effected and a community struggling. Corporate America for the win!!!
Just wait... They said the same thing when they bought BellSouth. Slowly, they removed the leadership, buildings, and people. But, I am sure your different...
Maybe the relocations were in place in advance while the sale was being planned?
