This is so fake. When has USAA, or another other company, sent out an announcement to "Affected Employees" stating "you'll be receiving word if your team will experience a reduction and whether you have been impacted"? Advising you not to use Layoff.com, come on!! Oh, and the "we hope many of you will consider coming back someday" would never be approved by HR or legal.
Or maybe HR lost an employee today due to an unapproved posting? My bet is on the troll.

Someone for SURE has pull with this site. The post "Affected Employees" was deleted. It clearly said in the next two days many will find out if they will be impacted by reductions in staff. And then it said a bunch of HR "drink the kool-aid" advice.
Business control people at the bank? That is an id--tically horrible move if true. Fraud is a joke. AML is laughable. Regulation adherence across the alphabet falls woefully short. The regulators don’t have to dig very deep to find the skeletons. Sure, go ahead and let go of your business control teams. If anyone goes it should be Tiffany Paul’s incompetent CRG team. Mo--ns, all of them. Get rid of the dozens of EDs and AVPs on Jennifer’s team alone.
