Please clap. Totally tone deaf, dull, and not a leader.

What was said was buzz word drivel with requests for clapping for the leaders who tanked our company. Tone deaf and useless.

Maurice will be sharing the location of the new Richardson free gas pumps, to coincide with all of the new free electric vehicle charging stations that are about to be available. #EmployeeBenefitEquity

@cr "taking advantage of him" is silly. The man makes how much a year?

@ap headwinds. Tailwinds. Moderate. Seminal. Do more with less.

What other butt clown phrases can he use?

@b7 I actually feel bad in a way for Maurice. Always seemed to be a lonely person. He was able to build his career because of learning from so many prior SMEs and long time experts that built HCSC from the ground up. What was so surprising is that he turned his back on all of those folks and suddenly negated his own learned experience of learning and succeeding because he was blessed with that exposure and understanding. He has 30 years of history learned not from school, but from prior folks and experience. He now has a "trusted" circle of folks taking advantage of him and his tenure. Really sad. More alone than ever.

@bj There were two separate issues. Overnight was DNS related, morning was load balancer related. From what I've heard, the fix for the overnight issue may have caused the secondary issue.

@bc You’re right, ongoing issues still being reported. Guess AWS took a victory lap prematurely.

The man is an incompetent wimp and has never left this company, not for thirty years. What do any of you expect?

@b0 The issue reportedly was solved much earlier this morning, though.

@OP postponed until Friday. AWS issues nationwide also impact some of our systems. We are told a new message will go out with a new time soon.

He’s reading this and has postponed as wants to be sure he’s prepared to address all our legitimate concerns.

Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha

@OP I predict it will be prerecorded, and that he’ll give totally mixed messages about “headwinds and tailwinds”. Zero valuable information or insight from this leader.

He will make no reference to the part of his plan which will negatively impact employees the most in 2026.
