UKG Layoffs Today Were Brutal

My issue is that the company did not have a plan on what to do after the layoff. I had four calls scheduled with customers. All of the calls were canceled because the CRCs were not able to take the calls. We had angry customers escalating wondering why there calls were canceled. Now we have people trying to escalate with no one to take on the work and we got a PI-S POOR EMAIL from Chris Todd. Honestly, how do these people sleep at night. How much money do the these people need to make

This is how it’s done in the land of the big software companies that UKG aspires to. You get all the rah rah about the culture and benefits as well as the stacked ranking, inscrutable management decisions and changes, AND regular layoffs.
