He does not come up in search on outlook so must be gone. I’ve just got thru tissues crying about that. He helped me too many times while I was in need. Such a sad sad news,, he was AMAZING. Wherever he goes next, they will be so so lucky to have the extensive skill and expertise he has, shame the organisation didn’t appreciate that. Our sad loss , and it’s a HUGE loss at that, will be another organisations gain. You don’t need me to wish you luck, you’re so incredibly talented that you’ll be a shining star wherever you end up.
@tprp+1flGBMu8 Yeah we knew it too. Predictable like flies round po-p. Lots of love from your fans in India. Come visit again soon. India is no longer under the British empire so no colonial references please. Namaste.
lol, I knew it :) A hit dog will holler.
Thank you for your confirmation. Properly focused to the point of living it and far exceeded.
If it's truly compulsive - one can forgive, just please stop hurting people, eh?
Remaining words to focus on: thief, ruined.
@sbhj+1flGBMu8 Was that the site that was taken down by LinkedIn? The one where there were 1000’s of dedicated and loyal followers who got the regular misogynistic news feeds? Yeah, shame about that. Saw the begging message to LinkedIn but they still deleted it. Sad eh? I guess their site monitors could see there was zero value posts on the page just childish and misogynistic rants, oh and my favourite— cartoons 😎. Lots of cartoons 😎.
site /sʌɪt/ noun
- an area of ground on which a town, building, or monument is constructed.
- a website.
The proper words to focus on: liar, thief, ruined.
@rkvf+1flGBMu8 what wonderful site ? Website?
Everybody and on an issue of a compulsive liar and company money thief, who ruined our Polish friends' once wonderful site and who's still in charge and employed.
What's your comforting bs now?
@onzg+1flGBMu8 Who needs calming down and calming down on what issue ?
@onzg+1flGBMu8 - TR was the best the company ever and they were so amazing at everything. TR will be in my heart for ever and it makes my heart so wam when I see the TR signs, please don't remove them
Did anyone ask a question, why our Gdynia office building still has no "Refinitiv" sign? TR became Refinitiv years ago.
As an exec team member - what do you do to ensure no "gossip-related" impact to the business?
One of the options is - you keep inspiring everyone about the great future and you keep smiling till the very last moment.
Do we have anything in writing to calm people down?
there was a big inspiring visit by 2 exec members this last week to the office, was really great to meet them in person and get to ask questions. felt so inspired about the future and the role of our teams in Poland
@coyl+1flGBMu8 what other gossip are you receiving ? Great insights and appreciate the advance information
Is the office closure linked to the union rep going? They making this action because of no resistance from the union that really had a voice and a incredibly powerful one. Respected by everyone as well, except HR. Greatest guy I met in my career, never ever afraid to speak for the employees and always available to help anyone anytime. I really do hope it’s just bad rumours, Poland will be much worse without his fearless voice.
LSEG are looking for a brand new office building in Gdynia so yes it’s possible they will close the current building and exit to move to a more modern building. Anyone who’s been or seen the existing place will know it’s a mess.
The number of open positions is one of the issues - it's constantly growing and even though the new starter salary has been raised to match the one of other companies in the area, there's still an abundance of applications. If you think that what I wrote is bs, just wait until the end of the month (also I'll be happy to eat my hat if it doesn't go the way that i wrote).
Sure, that's why there are currently 174 open positions in Gdynia....
The latest news is that the Gdynia office in Poland will be shut down by the end of 2022 as it's getting more and more expensive and the quality received is not worth it. This will be announced on a special townhall meeting near the end of March.
Shocked and surprise? Why and for what.
