Does anyone know what departments within GBD? Such as complex CM or Condition Care?
What info do you have that it will be 20% of GBD?

It wasn't restricted to team leads and managers. Just browse the board. A lot of rank and file. I've heard from 1000 and 1000 more upcoming to 20% of GBD...If anyone has an actual number, share it please!
