Things have worsened so much that I have no intention of staying here past the end of the year. I admit, while I'm job hunting, I'm hoping for another round of layoffs. It would feel amazing to leave this place while hitting them where it hurts (taking severance) instead of just quitting.

Don't worry DFS discover employees will replace all C1 e,mployees.
If you treat your people like trash, they are going to tend to act that way. At the very least, you are not going to get the best work out of folks. The person who called the other posters trash is obviously finding some favor for now. Give it time, either age or performance will catch up with you too.

If you belive you and this company are right and all the people suffering on a day to day basis and venting out here are wrong, you are a big loser and big trash. I'm sure your a big butt kisser and enjoying out here. Good luck buddy to find a real job soon

You loser, you're the type of trash we don't need here, be gone already

With the holidays approaching, this may not be the best time to look for a job. Most companies don’t hire during this time of the year. I suggest you spend this time doing interview prep, coast along in your job and see if you win the performance management severance package lottery. Nothing much happen at C1 anyway during the holidays, so just hang in there.
If you don’t get a PIP, stay till end of February to get your well deserved bonus.
