Also guessing which group will be next. Every month.
@cr Why go through all the stress of this toxic job hoping for something that may not happen? Jobs are hard to find but not impossible. I got a new job one day a week in the office and a little less pay, but I got out.
@cm Well, y'all were asleep at the wheel while the great takeover was happening right under your noses.
@cr I think a lot of us are, really. I do enjoy my job (usually) and my immediate team and leadership are good...but the company culture is so problematic. The top is toxic, and has no business being leaders. They don't even have basic respect for the people that keep the company running, and it's really damn sad. I'm not saying that RKD was the greatest leader, but he at least treated us like people and not cattle.
I hope that everyone under 50 has a really good look at this management. They hate you and are working as hard as they can to RIF you. US Bank via India is the goal. Spending your working life here is a waste of your career. You can't get a new job without posting a resume.
@cf At this point, I'm still here because the job market is terrible and I've been here so long it would be financially foolish to quit. They can pay me to leave, I've earned that much.
@cf Same, would happily accept severance and jet.
Feel bad for the younger generations who are being entirely replaced by Indians, they don't stand a chance.
Anyone else hoping they are laid off? I’d love to leave with severance. If you’re not, I hope you’re ok.
Well, CFR Assurance just sent a chunk to Poland and India. Right on USBnet. Checking the Organizational Announcements site has become a fun new addition to my morning routine.
