@ca the poster is correct, I work in the HR department and I can say from an HR standpoint, I am not aware of any layoffs. I know this is not what you want to hear but it's the truth.

Im honestly concerned about the business group. The whole amount of changes have been very unsettling. We are told this is the new world and we have to be patient but most of us aren’t making commission checks even after hitting 100+ lines.

@az facts. 22yr here, treated like a new hire. We have around 10 calls a week, 35 calls a day to NL, and micromanagement worse than I have ever seen (from "leaders" that know NOTHING about the markets they now "lead". Came from a low marketshare area to one dominated by Verizon, but they believe that we can milk numbers like they did in their old market. Hoping for a severance on this round, but if I do not get one I am severing myself.
