@cm Yeah Dell can't even figure out how to not have IT block the tools we use every day, let alone develop new tools.

Because Dell simply does not know how to develop software. Whether it's a small little tool for nternal or customer use, or a large scale enterprise solution, Dell has proven over and over it has no clue how to develop software. Look at all the failures left behind.

In iDRAC's case, he-l, it doesn't even incorporate IPMI standards properly. That and it's 10 years behind the standards. Dell engineering su-ks. Notice I said Dell engineering, not EMC engineering.

The only way I can figure iDRAC is still around is because their leadership has something on JC or MD. Absolute worst software I've ever touched in my entire life. Customers all hate it.
