I've been around long enough to remember CAMSS and then Strategic Initiatives. Same stuff being sold as before but now with a new fancy "tag" added internally so it could be classified as the new stuff for financial reporting. Same thing is happening now. Boring old SAP implementation but the PM used ChatGPT to write an email to the client? The entire $10M project is now magically classified as "Gen AI" work. That's all the $9.5B is.

Regarding today's quantumn announcement, it seems some investors have misunderstood exactly what we announced. Some seem to think we can do away with the mighty quantumn hardware and replace it with AMD chips 🤦‍♂️

And it's working. IBM stock tanked 7% after announcing quarterly earnings (typical). But there's been enough AI and Quantum in the news driving up that sector that IBM stock price recovered all the loss and gained another 5%. So the smokescreen is working...
