@e5 it depends on how many from a group are going. Usually the laid off person or people are told individually and then there’s a team meeting with the rest of the team minus that person/people who are told.
How does it usually go - one lucky group sent into one meeting and another unlucky group sent into another meeting or is it one on one with your manager?
