@couplemoreyearstillretirement - it’s because they despise you and your probably well above average income. I’m in a similar boat and can’t even get a look to get promoted because I make a lot and I’m remote. They won’t just say the promotions are for hub only, instead they interview us only to say all the remote folks are average at interviews and the hub folks are great at it. Funny how that happens when there is zero cost for remote promotions and likely lower salary. Gosh nobody can figure out the game here…

Company culture officially died when they migrated to 3 main hubs 5 years ago. It’s not the same and never will be again.
20+ year employee and i never felt more slighted than i have in the past few years or so and it has nothing to do with compensation.

Haha! We used to have BBQ's with appreciation for each and every employee. Like Pelosi says: You get the crumbs. They'll catch on.......100 years and cookies? Might as well put a sign on your chest while at the laptop working. Working and I still cannot afford the food. Just like California just reported today. 25% of the population is living below the poverty level. And the bean counter gets a 24 million dollar bonus? Anyone see anything wrong with this picture?
