3.5k in IDC in August confirmed by media and India government. 4.5k in September for far. So it's possible it was extra 3k in August outside IDC.
Go back to August and the total drop is about 10k
for instance, for the past 8h there were additions again and total count increased:
168759 (+193)
How are you checking additions ?
I monitor the same #general regularly, if there is count increase - I count it as onboarding additions. I cannot catch all of them (only when balance goes into positive territory), but at least some.
