Is SVP title should be eliminate at Citi, can’t see much difference w.r.t workload in b/w VP and SVP ?

"Internal Mobility" is a fantasy Urban Myth.

It's NOT a promotion when employees need to QUIT their current jobs to move up.

It means Quitting / Leaving your current job and having to learn a new job, Department and/or company.

5 to 8 years experience for an AVP job ??? This is LIE. But if it's true, then Only at
Sh!tibank.

At GS, JPMC, BofA, Morgan, Barclays, after 5 years you're at least a VP.

Stop repeating the same question with different levels. The answer is the same. You'd have better luck winning the lottery than an in seat promotion.
