The disaster starts with our OD. He is out of touch. He is only a numbers manager and unable to lead. Does not have competency to lead. Blames everyone else for his failures. He is the common denominator. Unable to take responsibility and accountability. His answer is always to fire someone else or ask someone to be fired. We need a new OD.

NYC Commercial is a joke with most reps working two jobs and OD looks the other way
I guess you missed your quota.
They talk to the customer so the engineers don't have to.
As an RM in that operation, we need real leadership. He does not like being challenged. It is his way or the highway. All he does is criticize others and wants others replaced. People under him are a nuisance to him.
Why do you even need an OD? What do they actually do?
