Does everyone else have a mandatory housecalls town hall tomorrow?

@ce yep. They say they value your safety. Yet APCs in TX were initially told if they stayed home to stay safe in the ice storm they would have their metrics penalized AND be forced to use PTO.
So some went out in the ice storm
Also did anyone notice leadership posting a picture of their trip to Italy in the newsletter? Ummm really right after you laid people off? “Let them eat bread!”
@ds I am almost certain that it is used mostly for tracking a provider who say shows a certain patterns of “cancellations” or “no shows.”
@ck isnt it supposed to send a police call? If not it is just a tracking mechanism to see if you're working ?
As far as surveys .. cmon Every decision is based on money not employee surveys .
Seriously, wtf was that?!
My favorite part is them all just reading off scripts.
Just remember we are just a number to them at the end of the day. Don’t risk your safety or life to do visits that are not life threatening…
I fear that we all need to be brutally honest on these surveys or nothing will ever change
I’m afraid to truly fill out the survey in fear of being cut!
Same about OSV! Have the NP talked about getting locked in a house! What did OSV do in her case!?!
Are you safe?! lol Only if we had an ability to convert an in person visit to a virtual due to inclement weather not to risk APC…What a joke.
What a freaking joke! Can't wait to fill out that survey. Wish they would be transparent and talk about the APC that got locked in someone's house instead of the APC stuck in the snow. Also, we shouldn't be forced to go out in inclement weather, it's dangerous and unnecessary, but they don't care.
Complete waste of time.
What time is the town hall?
Yes.
Does anyone know what it’s about?
Yes in PA
