How much do you expect your merit raise % to be this year? Since in that whole video they explained we are taking away your RPP so you have a "consistent" raise each year.
Will they really just keep it at the 1%?

@cc if you can even go above the 1%. It’s already a predetermined amount that if you go over you have to pull from elsewhere in the budget given to you. What I am seeing is only 1% raises.
@ac I’ve gotten 3s and got a 1.10% in 2025 and 1.50% in 2024. I worked my a-s off for a 4 this year so I’m hoping it’s good. I also relocated and did not get a raise even though I’m in a higher market now and I should be making at least $4-5 an hour more based off location alone.
@bw yea because he's been president for 3 years right id--t. This has been happening for years until they make everyone leave and offshore everything.
@aa They give managers X amount of dollars for merit increases. This year, the dollars provided in the pool was enough to give every direct report under the manager 1%. However, managers were told to funnel those dollars into high performers (4/5) and give most/all 3s nothing.
Dozy Donald - LOL
@cc Lots of people getting 0% this year. The company has officially stopped giving merits to those that just do their job or are paid too high within the range!
The Merit funding was the average of 1%, regardless of rating.
@ce we are just a number, they only worry about filling their pockets. Not even about patient care anymore, unfortunately
I doubt we will get anything higher. They have taken away bonuses, get togethers, 401k has dropped. Lay off all these people, cutting cost and still can’t give us a reasonable amount. Corporate corrupt is what it is. Good Luck to all
@a2 I haven't seen a $1 an hour increase in my 30+ years on the UHC side. Ever. You lyin.
I can tell you as of now someone in my span that is grade 26 that got a 5 this year is getting 1%
@ce I agree. It’s NOT OK. This is remains a very profitable company. But year after year of 1% merit increases with never guarantee of any RRP at all isn’t right. Up until this last year, I’ve really enjoyed working for this company. Lately I’m questioning if those at the top are actually human. The level of greed and lack of concern for the employee being displayed is shameful.
First year here and I’ve got to say that I don’t understand why a company that is making BILLIONS is setting the bar so low. It’s not ok.
Comp planner opened yesterday. It’s between 1% and 3%.
Trump’s America folks
A lot of projects are going to be abandoned in all but technicality by spring. The amount of people, especially in sales, who will be leaving after seeing the 2026 sales incentives and RRP means no one will be sealing any renewals or deals.
Merit pool is horrible. 5's and 4's will take most of it. Little to nothing left for 3's. First time, I've seen 3's get nothing. So much for the pay for performance BS they push. Then they expect to score high EXI.
Well after they took the 1% away from the 401k matching. They may take away 1% of our salaries because that’s how they roll.
Yet most executives are traveling every week on company’s private jet or business class, showing off how busy they are covering all continents with the name of business travel to visit outsourcing centers. And, encouraging 10x performance from the bottom feeders. Way to make America great and Americans poor
It’s bad. budget for merit increases is the lowest I have seen in more than 10 years. 1% is on the hire end. So sad
I was told 3s get 0%.
26 and below are getting extra sc--wed. Just 5 yrs ago, you got a raise, an rrp, a decent 401k match, an espp with a nice look back, and Bravo spot bonuses. All gone lol. Damn that is rough.
@a5 when you say 1% is the merit pool, does that mean 1% is the maximum someone can get, or the average? Like could a manager give their favorite employee 1.5% and their least favorite employee .5%?
I was told there will be no performance increases or incentive payouts.
@a5
We have a winner!
@a3 Confirmed. 1% is the merit pool. Between dropping bonuses for PG 26 and lower, cutting the 401k match and the 1% merit pool the company is basically daring people to leave and betting you won’t, and if you do leave they don’t care.
What a bunch of BS the executives are pulling on their loyal employees? I bet their income not only is guaranteed is not subject to any guidelines. These are signs of a company that is imploding.
The pool is 1%. It does not matter if you also get RRP.
I’m a 26 and my expectations are pretty low for a raise, not even sure they will keep me around after the lay off this week. Last year my raise was like a little over $1 an hour. I did better than that when I worked at a pizza joint.
