Is mckinsey in conflict of interest if you hear them in the hall laughing and talking about shorting chevron stock? Asking for a friend.

this company is a leach...does not do proper work, only after billing hours...I work for a major oil co (non-US) based...they su ked out millions and then produced a report that I can do with chaGPT in 5 minutes...worthless
McKinsey has already su-ked half a billion dollars and counting out of Chevron for professional services.

@OP McKinsey folks can’t trade individual stocks at will.
They have to sell off their individual portfolios when they join and are limited to funds and buying windows.
All this to say, if you really heard that in the hall, they’re not wrong! It’s not a pretty picture here in either the short or long term.
@cd Not true; the shares short sits at 4.13%. That is far from "everyone in the world is shorting Chevron stock".
