@cd Gosh, you are right! The lessons from conservative masters are so much better: character doesn’t matter, lying doesn’t matter, obeying the law doesn’t matter, keeping your oath of office doesn’t matter, turning our back on our allies doesn’t matter, defending our democracy doesn’t matter, cheating on your wife doesn’t matter, committing financial fraud doesn’t matter, committing charity fraud doesn’t matter, …

Which Trump like leader - the one who just fired the staff overseeing the nuclear stockpile and now wants to rehire them but, having cut them off, they are proving hard to find? Or the one who led his company into multiple bankruptcies? The one convicted of 34 felonies?

Luckily, MW has minions directly to blame for each failure. He will hold them responsible as that is his job to do.

MW, MN and the rest of the ELT are laughing. You can stamp your feet and scream at the sky all you want. They don't care. As long as the stock price is stable and dividend is paid, the rest is just collateral damage. They save the company and rewards for them will follow suit.

I was one of the 50+ white males offered severance in 2020, and TBH it was the best things that happened to me. Isn't it ironic DEI is going away now, yeah everything has its day.

What do you think is going to happen when females mostly run the meetings. 12 hours of he-l a day listening to them whine endlessly trumpeting cool aid company meaningless terms like Accelerate downstream, less is more, Fit for purpose, Agile the list is endless blah blah blah and no real decisions.

Everyone scampering around looking busy and important racking up meaningless credits for their PMP or whatever they call it now.

What Chevron needs a a "Trump" like leader who will actually lead it

MW will be gone in 2 years after he has finished the layoffs . He will take his millions in stock options, stock and pension back to California. I wonder if he even sold the house.
The new CEO will then start her game LOL

That performance was good enough for the last reported total compensation of about $24 million, it’s likely the 2024 final amount will be similar.

Shitpost. When you have already made it in life and have only another 20 years or so to live, would you give a fu-k about reviews and what other people think. I'll steer this van off a cliff just for thrills because im a sociopath

Well, lucky for MW, he is not being reviewed, however YOU are, so how about reviewing your own performance which is in question. MW's job is to have people review YOUR performance then $hit-can you if required. Buckle up, snowflake.

MW is nothing more than a corporate politician (that’s not a compliment).

I do think the 2020 DEI Layoff Strategy Mike put in place was a mistake. When you look at the published names of people laid off, 9 out of 10 were white males. The company was 50/50 males/females at the time. Mike has done nothing but destroy this company.

He's been on a PIP since 2020, but borderline sociopaths don't change their ways.
