What's going on is that the company is tanking. If you were in a rowboat and it were sinking, wouldn't you put on a life-preserver and jump out?

Some people, regardless of the money, cant tolerate woke environments.
The company is hiring and promoting for skin color instead of for skills.

Lane is at Kaman (Life-preserver)
Waterston is at Leidos (Life Boat)
Bromberg is at Northrop Grumman (Rescued by a submarine)
Calio is at Raytheon Corporate (he's gonna sell off P&W - watch)

Just weeks before Carroll Lane left he, told people in a conference call how super excited about the coming rollout of ESG - the WEF's woke plan for the world, to use financial institutions like Blackrock to extort us all into owning nothing and being happy. Carroll had to know what ESG is and where it comes from and didn't join the Marines to fight for the Davos crowd's vision of scaling up the China model to evntually form an efficient one world government. Sustainability, don'cha know?

Pratt has the all problems that eventually crop up when a technology company is being run completely by accountants who all work from home. Their solution to all problems: "Hey I got an Idea! We'll hire consultants!"

Floudering is to be expected, but burning through cash trying to solve self induced problems makes your company even more beholden to the woke banksters using division and dilution of the working class, so all the power gets handed over to them willingly and enthusiastically. Our ESG score is off the charts!

Don't worry. As long as your cost per hour is below that of a third world country in a facility staffed wth foreign workers (foreign to said 3rd world country) with no current capabilty or no experience with the parts you have been making for 25 years, your job is safe.

Saw some people get walked out by Ethics & Compliance people recently.

Looks like they’re firing people again for petty stuff in order to get around severance packages and unemployment payouts.

It’s a way they cull the herd when execs or upper management doesn’t like you = fact.

Scummy stuff.

They were doing this back at the beginning of 2nd quarter 2021.
