Our director left for a job with "fewer responsibilities" and a 20% pay cut. Let that sink in. If the people who get paid to pretend everything’s fine are noping out, what chance do the rest of us have? LinkedIn’s looking real tempting right now.

@s6 what, you think people ought to be working for you for free? because you're such a charmer and have such a sunny personality? Get off the blow buddy.
I left for more pay and half the stress. There’s opportunities out there just start looking now. Took me 9 months of serious inquiries to land something so start now.
@12j and?
What's your point? is it some kind of threat? Come back and tell us all what you meant.
“Rep risk and comms people monitor this stuff just so everyone is aware.”
So what? Have you seen the buffoonery that is our rep risk area? Their leader is a Neanderthal. They talk in circles and get nothing done while collecting paychecks that are outsized given their responsibilities.
Good I guess? Can’t wait for them to not take any action on it just like the TTUS, or send out a backhanded apology.

That would take courage...do you have any?
@cc Omg. This place is the master of promoting unqualified people in to positions they should not be in and demoting qualified people into entry level type roles. It’s not about what you know, it’s who you know and how well you play that twisted corporate game.
"Ge-z already! You don’t like the place then leave and let the rest of us go about our business. I bet you like your paycheck."
@s6+1jvxqfsdg
Yet another C-suite chimes in. Once again, go su-k a bag of di-ks.

Bonus prorated. June would equal half.
I’m very very lucky. Inherited boatload. Severance would be welcomed with a smile.
Consistently exceeds ratings.
RTO and all the quit motivation will not work on me. Show me the money!
@ga I wonder if the bonus pay out only applies to certain roles at certain grades and at certain times of the year. If someone is laid off in May, June (or the first half of the year of the year), would they be eligible for the bonus? I Does anyone know if the severance policy goes into this level of detail for bonus payouts?
No severance when you quit, and you are expected to do all the things I listed...
@h6 I think that's just called quitting.
I wish they had a voluntary layoff program where you could go in and drop off your equipment and be escorted out. Without having to deal with documenting processes, business continuity, or "leaving on good terms". Tired of this dump.
you need your head examined
Anyone else think Gunjan is hot?
I wish this dump would implement a voluntary layoff program.
Lay me off, please. It’s hard to do my job full time and look for a better job in this market.
Is it true that when Operations severed people last year they got full pension and stock for the year, as well as full bonus? Meaning laid off in October but they got what they would have received as bonus in February as part of severance, plus what company would have given for pension and stock, plus 6 months of severance?
The bank is not a destination employer. It's a place you work at either because you have to or are lazy and waiting to get RIFd.
Anyone else have more than half their team leave the bank?
Better you realize this now, then when you've been brainwashed into thinking that the work that's being given to you and the inefficient methods of completing it is normal.
I’m leaving. Did the most and saw people less qualified than me be promoted. Bye!
