Why don't you save some precious opex and close those offices with less than 30 people designated and have option of being remote OR give ALL employees the perks at RBOs and corporate with a stipend on their Pcard? We smaller markets are tired of this b-s of oh, save the opex while RBOs get free freaking lunch, etc . Yeah, we would all love free lunch, snacks, sparkling flavored water and ice dispensers, a freaking bar!! The smaller markets are pi---d off about your back to office email. Take your email and shove it up your collective butt cheeks!! Some of us have been here 20+ years and are tired of the double standard. Wait until the OUR VOICE survey results come out. F-you!!
