Why are so many of you so dim and helpless?

There has been nothing to hear. Because the already below industry standard severance plan has not been changed. And it’s posted on HR One Stop.

Can’t hurt us in NJ. Our pensions are guaranteed by law

@ca because they’re too cheap to pay. Exec bonuses are millions and expensive.

Zero! And your last paycheck shall be withheld to cover admin costs for your dismissal.

Good grief! If they really want to get people to leave, it’s not rocket science, just ask for volunteers and offer the usual severance package. Why all the games and schemes?

If it only goes to 2 weeks then AT&T will spend so much money on attorney's fees trying to defend itself from age discrimination, among other things.

Hopefully there isn’t any change, but folks were saying the same thing early last year as well. That it would go to 2 weeks, but never actually materialized. Who knows for this year. As of today, it hasn’t been updated.

@a8

If you quit you don’t get severance. So why would this encourage people to quit. You still get zero percent. No change.

Yes. It will be drastically cut. Watch how many people leave this year before it is.
