I was let go this week. How long I have to sign the severance agreement?

I didn't sign. I sued instead and got $25K more after lawyers contingent fee
It is a SHAME they did not include the instructions in your package.
They used to. It was in mine.

Check your cisive letter you have received in your personal email provided you had it in workday but it’s normally 45 days. Check spam or junk mail if you don’t see it in your inbox.
I think it is 30 days legally.
