Having gone through wave 1 , it’s not fun. Know someone else mentioned but I wouldn’t finalize job you are applying to until close to deadline , especially wait to talk to your selection rep. There were a few roles I was interested in that turned out to be a completely different role than I thought it was. Ultimately I was selected for a role that I didn’t apply for so be prepared for that if the location is on your approved list. Good luck everyone.

I have been sharing with friends and family how this reorg is unfolding. The most common reaction has been to ask how we can possibly be expected to apply to jobs that require an out of state move and do so without any info about the timing of the moves. More than one has called this insane. I feel like my own reaction is validated by those outside the company. This is not normal. This is abusive to employees. And they don’t care. People I know at work are starting to have health problems from the stress that this reorg is causing. It is very serious, yet nobody in leadership seems to give a damn. I honestly don’t know how these people sleep at night knowing the damage they are doing to other human beings.

I’d strongly suggest taking screenshots, because role titles, descriptions and PSGs will change whilst the tool is open. Roles may be deleted or added.

I’m not sure what happens if you apply for a role and the description etc changes after you apply … apparently the tool has no audit log history, so you could end up applying for a role that changes.

The whole thing is a dumpster fire — and remember folks, this is the company performing at its best!

@ca Bloodbath is right.

How’s everyone doing after seeing the list?

Also that tool is a POS. Clunky and can’t export. McKinsey created it right? What did we pay those useless id--ts?

Unfortunately most of the positions already have people assigned to them. If you don’t know a job you are the favorite for, you will probably not be selected.

I came here to ask the same question! I hope they open it up early rather than torturing us. We’ve waited a year for this day.

Hope I can spend the work day shopping for jobs. Get it done before the weekend.
