Of course they might be keeping ANI numbers below 20 in any 90 window. Does someone have the figures of people going?
The interesting thing is, in Ireland we haven't been through an "at risk" consultation in a very long time. I wonder what they would do if someone turned round and said "no, I don't accept the compromise package." Tricky because they can't force statutary because there has been no process followed and they will then struggle to start a process and argue that it isn't already a forgone conclusion. Enough people push back and they could have a big old class action looming... everyone say no to your package and insist on doubling it or you're not interested.
I mean not like anyone still wants to work at ANI because it's sh-t now. Steve is a veneer toothed mo--n and the senior managers (US and NI) are just vegetablesm the directors are just looking out for themselves and lets not even get started on the Dave the illustrious St. VP. I've seen more charisma and ability in a jellyfish.
Put everyone out of their misery, stop pretending ANI has a future and just turn the fu--ing lights off. No one still there gives a fu-k anymore. We all hate you.
No lie. I was one of the many affected this week. Wishing my fellow Allstaters good luck as we leave the Allstate family. Sad week for alot of dedicated and hardworking folks.
Lies ! No layoffs are happening. We just had a great Q4. Tom is the best leader.
The mood here at ANI is just grim after a constant drip feed of silent and morale crushing layoff's.

It's happening in India as well, people are setup time with Managers and HR.
Yep, it is happening right at this moment. I know of someone in ANI that has been contacted as well.
It's confirmed, the impacted employees are being communicated by their respective principal engineer. i knew a friend who is impacted.
I feel it's coming soon in a month, engineers were scored out of 20 to find the lowest to RIF next.
