Once again, they're going after veterans, experienced folks, quick thinkers, and problem solvers. Exactly the people teams need to function. You could almost believe they don't care about the company's future. And they don't. As long as the top and the shareholders get their value, nothing else matters. I just wonder when the bottom finally gives out.

@OP Shareholders are getting no value from this incompetent CEO!
That key director was a threat. Incompetent people are afraid of competent people.
We all had a target on our back in the shape of $. The new motto should be Money First
A key director was let go that had long standing and deep relationships with key customers in the field. He was one of the very few with therapy and post market data knowledge. Sometimes it’s not just a numbers game but it is a targetted leadership approach to take key people out for their own gain. Just another perspective to add.
This is what I keep saying. Our leaders are clueless and make terrible decisions, and we are the ones who lose our jobs. A revolution needs to happen.
Old or expensive or both
Because of money and greed.
That’s not how company see it. Any person is a number as the cost, and replaceable. So when wall streets is the no.1 priority, letting go the expensive labor is a quick win. Ugly truth.
They let go of the folks on an upward trajectory who don’t drink the koolaid, because those people are too expensive to manage.
