Why would anyone vote no to ratify the Leg T CWA TA? It looks really good for all of us in it.

@c8 even you got the 104wks, depending if you have time to enjoy it
They are not going to add another watermark. Just get that out of your head. They are retiring most Leg T and local products in next 5 years or less. That work is what most of us handle. The company is not your parents. They aren’t required to be nice and keep you employed just because your work went away. They are done with that.
The watermark isn’t going away, not that the company cares about it anyways. The NTS watermark is still at 600 and we currently have about 750 nationwide. That number has dropped from over 920 back in 2022 when they started the hiring freeze and letting people go through attrition. There has been a little backfilling here and there, but for the most part T has been complacent with letting people retire and letting others absorb the work.
We old timers are excited the Watermark is gone so the company can layoff more workers, which means a declared surplus, VTP offer, and many of us will grab the 104 weeks pay and run away laughing.
I want my 104 weeks of layoff pay, and I want it now.
@c0 “I hope they fire you for being lazy”
It’s not being lazy, as our great leader has stated, it is being market driven.
I hope they fire you for being lazy.
The on call pay is an insult
Watermark. Vote no.
