I do not remember stock price being one of the KPIs. Managers do not need distribute all the bonus funds to their employees. They can send it up to their directors and directors decide where it goes. Any guesses?

@j9 We hope you’re right, and are more in the know than I am, but my management let me know back in November that the KPI related to stock price, and the messaging coming down from Senior Directors, was to anticipate a lean bonus pool.

Bonuses are based on Cigna’s KPIs and the last ones I saw are on target except for finances which are usually over target. So, the funding should be at least 100%. They have the other KPIs, so the average is lower and bonus payouts are lower. Future pressure should not affect the funding, since the calculation is based on 2025 results. We shall see.

@c8 If that's accurate, that would be a good outcome. Given the financial pressure and challenges on earnings, I wouldn't be surprised if it is closer to 65%. Fingers crossed though.
