You can find Canadian severance calculators online. Those that have been LR'd in the past have indicated that Cisco is paying significantly below what common law would dictate. Cisco knows the time and expense it will take you to sue them for the rest works in their favor.
Dont have the info but I think Canadians have laws that mandate full disclosure of the terms to everybody affected.
